「やってみよう！」園主の考えはとてもシンプル

「もっと美味しいぶどうを作りたい」「化学肥料ばかりだと土地が痩せてしまう」

「有機肥料を使って土作りをしよう」「緑肥のへアリーベッチっていいかも」

「緑肥を使えば除草剤を使わないですむから、体にも安全だ」

「そうだ！ぶどう畑にヘアリーベッチの種を蒔いて花が咲いたら、みつばちのいい餌になるなぁ」「養蜂は学生の頃から興味があった」「じゃ、ついでにみつばちも飼ってみるか！」

かくして園主は「ぶどうとはちみつ」を作る様になりました。

まずは「やってみよう！」その精神を信条としている園主です。
