「柏原のぶどう」は、古くから受け継がれてきた歴史ある特産品です。
私達のぶどう園も、そんな恵まれた土地で四代にわたりぶどうを育ててまいりました。
生駒山麓のぶどう畑からは、大阪の街並みを一望できる美しい景色が広がり、自然豊かな環境の中で、ぶどう栽培と養蜂を行っております。
"Kashiwara Grapes" are a historic specialty that has been passed down from ancient times.
Our grape farm has been cultivating grapes for four generations in this blessed land.
From our grape fields at the foot of Mount Ikoma, beautiful scenery spreads out with a panoramic view of Osaka's cityscape, and we conduct grape cultivation and beekeeping in this nature-rich environment.

太陽の光をたっぷり浴び、肥沃な土壌で育った甘くて瑞々しい味わいが自慢の「ぶどう」。
柏原の空を飛び回る小さなミツバチ達が、花々から集めた「はちみつ」。
どちらも自然の恵みがギュッと詰まった自慢の逸品です。
Our pride "grapes" with sweet and juicy flavors, grown in fertile soil while receiving plenty of sunlight.
"Honey" collected from flowers by small bees flying around the Kashiwara sky.
Both are our proud masterpieces packed tightly with nature's blessings.
直売所とレンタルスペース
Direct Sales Shop and Rental Space
ぶどうのシーズン中は直売所をオープンし、採れたてのぶどうやはちみつを販売しております。
シーズンオフには、直売所をレンタルスペース「Grape＆Honey」として貸し出し、皆様にご利用いただいております。
During grape season, we open our direct sales shop and sell freshly harvested grapes and honey.
During the off-season, we rent out the direct sales shop as a rental space "Grape & Honey" for everyone to use.

私達のぶどう園では、ひと房ひと房に愛情を込めて丁寧にぶどうを育てています。園内の雑草には除草剤を一切使わず、緑肥の「ヘアリーベッチ」を育て、雑草を制御しています。
農薬については効果的に使用していますが、使用量、使用時期を順守し「心と体に優しい農園」を目指しています。
当園では新しい品種を積極的に育て［安心・安全で美味しいぶどう」を皆様へお届けできるよう日々研究と努力を重ねてまいります。
At our grape farm, we carefully cultivate grapes with love and care for each bunch. We do not use any herbicides for weeds in the farm, instead growing green manure "hairy vetch" to control weeds.
While we use pesticides effectively, we adhere to proper usage amounts and timing, aiming for a "farm that is gentle to both heart and body."
At our farm, we actively grow new varieties and continue daily research and efforts to deliver "safe, secure, and delicious grapes" to everyone.

春先に紫色の可憐な花を咲かせるマメ科の植物ヘアリーベッチからは透明な美しい蜂蜜が採れます。ほのかな花の香りと、すっきりとした口溶けの、雑味のない美味しいはちみつです。
From hairy vetch, a leguminous plant that blooms beautiful purple flowers in early spring, we harvest transparent, beautiful honey. It is delicious honey with a subtle floral aroma and clean, smooth taste without any off-flavors.
